远在小河的对岸
(Там, вдали за рекой)

远在小河的对岸有点点火花，
天空褪去了最后的晚霞，
一连青年骑兵，一齐跳上战马，
跃过田野到前面去侦察。

他们在静静的黑夜里纵马向前，
长久奔驰在辽阔的草原，
突然远远河边，刺刀光芒一闪，
原来这里是白军的防线。

伍扑向那敌人，锐势不可当，
和那白匪军血战了一场，
一个青年战士，突然受了重伤，
共青团员他跌倒在地上。

倒在地上，他慢慢地合上眼睛，
他向自己的铁青马叮咛：
“马儿呀，我的战友，转告我的亲人，
我为工人阶级而牺牲。”

小河对岸的火花已不再闪耀，
黑夜过去了，天边已破晓。
年轻人的胸口，流出许多鲜血，
鲜血染红了青青的野草。

I uploaded this video on YouTube on November 8, 2020 with the note as follows:

I downloaded this video last year from a north Korean defunct website "Sogwang" (Foregleams) as a memorabilia.

To appreciate the video, I had to find who Nikolai Alexeevich Ostrovsky is and what the Russian song "There, far beyond the river" is. And I had to find the Chinese lyrics.

The main images are from the DPRK. The untold messages are those about the heroic role of the Korean youth in their country's socialist construction and reconstruction (after natural disaster, as shown in the video) endeavors. So, Komsomol heart (Комсомольское сердце, 共青团员) seems what Ostrovsky had discovered, China has shared and the DPRK has kept.
