유엔주재 로씨야상임대표 와씰리 네벤쟈가 2월 27일 유엔안보리사회회의에서 한 연설에서 미국의 이중기준적인 행태를 규탄하였다.

그는 수리아령토에 대한 미국의 항공타격에서 목표로 된것은 《이슬람교국가》악당들과 싸우고있는 이 나라 군대의 대상물과 진지들이라고 폭로하고 《반테로전》의 미명하에 감행되고있는 미국의 간섭행위는 극도의 불안정을 조성하고있으며 이로써 미국은 용납 될수 없는 이중기준을 로골적으로 드러내고있다고 단죄하였다.

그는 미국이 가자지대의 평화적주민들을 대상으로 감행하고있는 이스라엘의 비인간적이고 류혈적인 군사작전에 대해서는 《테로와의 투쟁》으로,이스라엘의 《자위권》행사로 미화하고있다고 까밝혔다.
